Design highlights:
● The Explore V3 has the same cell count, planform and aspect-ratio as the V2.
● New, full-length battens run from the leading edge almost to the trailing edge. These help to reduce drag when depowered and give better upwind performance in top end conditions.
● A more accurate arc and better canopy tension through the middle of the kite has been achieved with a simplified, more optimised bridle layout with fewer tabs and less lines overall.
● Bridle A tab positions have also moved back for extra stability, while the rear tab positions have been tweaked to improve the bar feel and give smoother power modulation.
● ‘Shrink’ type brake tabs provide a cleaner trailing edge.
